Understated yet elegant: „Design by ORION: OPALDESIGN“ is inspired by opals, one of the most naturally beautiful gemstones.
Opals have been among the most popular gemstones for millennia. It is the opalizing, a certain iridescent shine that makes them so special. Elements within the actually white gemstone refract the light and make it glow in many shades and colors.
„Design by ORION: OPALDESIGN“ thus focusses on the glass shades. The lights can be fitted with various glass shades and are a good fit in any modern interior decorating style with their clear-cut appeal. Some models are optionally available with crystal ornaments on the frames. Because of the many variations offered within the “OPALDESIGN” series it is possible to fit several rooms with these lights.
The metal parts are manufactured in solid brass. Finishes are available in Satin (nickel matte) or brass matte. The finish of every version alternates between matte and shiny elements. The glass shades are available in a variety of shapes and cuts: opal-matte, matte glass with a clear rim and lead crystal glass.
